Plot:

Crow and Tiger are two head figures in the Tung Sing Triad who have arrived in Hong Kong with their boss Camel Lok from Amsterdam. Lok intends to stay neutral in the Hong Kong underworld whereas his right hand men have different intentions and try to takeover the Wanchai district.
